My high school classmate commited suicide!

I knew it this morning.She used to be my classmate in my high school,and now, she is pursuing her master degree in the most prestigious university of this country.And yesterday,she died!
I was shocked,really!We used to study in the same classroom,have lunch in the same cafeteria,play basketbal in the same playgound...How can she just died?
Actually,there were many college student who kill themselves these days,I just never believer that this sort of thing would ever happened to my friends!
Actually, this makes me wonder: Why more and more students with a promising life choose to commit suicide nowadays?
What makes them make up their minds to do it?
and what are they afaid of if they donnot afraid of death?
All these questions puzzling me all this morning,and now I do want to know your ideas?

Sometimes, we never know what is going on in the minds of others when they do what they do. She may have been going through emotions and she may have had problems that she was not telling anyone. People do not always tell others everything that is going on in their lives. I am sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to the family, but again, she may have had underlying problems and no one was reaching out to her.
