I got my first computer in 2004. It was celeron 2.40Ghz with 128 MB ram and 40 GB harddisk. Later I upgrade it with 80 GB harddisk and 512 MB ram. IT cost was around 500$ and I still own it and use it.

I can't remember lol, probably in my secondary school. And that was already late. I do remember it was a 486 computer. Then, I was just hoping to get a computer. I said that any computer would be cool. But of course, later on, I realize a slow or lousy computer does not really cut. Can't remember how much it costs and of course it is not with me anymore lol.

Got my first computer in 1996. Bought it from a computer store in town. It had: Pentium 200Mhz 32mb RAM 4GB Hard drive Floppy Drive CD Rom(not sure what the speed was) Windows 95. Think we paid $600 not sure. The HD went bad and they had to replace it, since 4GB HDs were no longer made I got a 8GB for free. I upgraded to Windows 98 and used it until I could not stand the slow thing anymore. I then got a Dell in 2001 1.2 Ghz. I gave my mom the old computer so she could play solitaire on it since that was all she could do with it. I finally thrashed it. I am now on my third computer.

Wo, 11 years ago - that means 1997. It was a Pentium 166MMX, with 16MB EDO RAM initially which was upgraded to 64MB later. The CD ROM was 24X I think. A 2.1GB Quantum HDD either Big Foot or Fireball, can't really remember. A 15" KTX monitor. The whole set was about RM3000++ It went off to the scrap pile long ago but I think it lasted for quite long - 8 years I think, of course with some upgrades that is :Þ
