Do you take mylot as a task in your everyday life?

No, I go to mylot just want to funny myself and learn English. After a whole day job, I can make a glass of Cola, open my computer, and login mylot to look at the discussions. Some discussions are interseting, and I will post it, that's funny and I also can improve my English.

i guess not..its like a habit for me to check first or log in this site if ever i have the time ..its fun to be here interacting with people you hardly know and globally at that..and be friends with them..

i never think mylot as a burden for me... i just do it for fun and enjoyment and i really love it... i never think of it as a task as well... so i just post and response whatever comes into my mind and get paid for it... :-) it is really great...

yeah, whenever a topic crosses my mind, i jot it down on a notebook or my cellphone and i make it a point to post it on mylot.. that way, i get answers to all the queries i'm pondering about..

I genearally just start discussions about things that are on my mind or things that im doing at the time, maybe thats why I dont seem to get many responses, maybe Im a boring old git lol or maybe im doing somethong wrong, Im also relatively new and prehaps havnt worked out how mylot works properly yet but I will. I enjoy the discussions and find it very interesting at times. Anyway good luck with mylot :)

i just like commenting on others' discussions for fun, if i have similar interests with others on here. i go on the computer to procrastinate or take breaks from working on my graphic novel...i check email, comment on blogs and mylot, answer some email, etc. for fun...

When I first joined, I logged on to mylot almost everyday, even if it's just for a short while. nowadays, I don't get to login to mylot as much as i want to, or used to, since i'm tied up with other things. i never take mylot as a task or a burden, because then i might feel pressured about it or something. i just regard it as something that i could do when i'm bored or to pass the time, stuff like that. As much as I love being on mylot and responding to discussions, i still have plenty of other things to attend to. oh well.

Its a great community to join. I joined months ago, but its now become a daily thing I do. My problem is connecting with people to be my friends. I don't know how to go about asking without sounding too forward?

I do not see MyLot that way, I did start out using mylot everyday but now I just use it when I need to get something off my chest, or have an interesting topic i want to hear opinions on, I guess its like a blog to me. I have two kids 1 and 3 so I do not get the chance to spend alot of time on here most days and when i come home around 9pm im too tired to start posting. It's mostly a morning thing for me but today the kids are at grandma's so I get to do some catching up. i think its easier to do it this way (for me) because you can easily catch up your earnings when your posting to things that really interest you or starting discussions you are passionate about. I like the flexibiliy and see it as just another hobby. I am not much for writing my local paper and don't think that will happen in the near future so this is another venue for getting my opinion out there.

Oh yes I do. If its even one post or response I just cant seem to go to bed without visiting mylot. This is the most addictive site I have ever been on.

I like mylot,so when i have time everday,i will come here to find some things which i am interested in and share with all myloters.

I agree its been rough coming up with discussions but replying to discussions already posted has been a learning experience. I am enjoying my time here in mylot :)

i don't take it as a task. and i am a Chinese sudent, so i think it's useful to post artiles here. sometimes i find it hard to understand what some topics discuss about. so i only response to topic that i'm interested in. i think you have done a very job, just do it.

i don't think that mylot is daily task to do since i really enjoy a lots in mylot. in my suggestion do ot force your self to submit any discussion if you don't have good idea cause you would post discussion which not interested others to response with. just go by doing some response, i believe after sometimes, you would have any idea to post any discussion in here. or if not, you should search interest articles to share in here and it could be your discussion in mylot

yes, everyday provided i am logged in there. i like mylot very much. it seems it has become a part of life lately. i enjoy being here. I like to participate in discussions.

Mylot has just become part of my daily routine. Sometimes I spend a little bit of time. Sometimes more than I should. For the most part, I do not have much difficulty with topics. Life can often provide them. If it becomes a burden, I may stop for a while. But I think I will come back.

Hi, Why should you think logging in here at mylot as a task? No one asked you to start a discussion here. You can answer all the discussions you like and still earn money. If you feel finding subject for starting a discussion, answer some. You'll be able to find a subject as you browse through mylot. But there is no point in repeating the same discussion. if you do most probably your discussion will be deleted. So answer other discussions which are interesting also. I have strated only two till now and that too only what I wanted to know. After that I have not found any so I have been answering other discussions. All the best

Well, I too find it rather difficult to start a new discussion which many people would bite. But c'mon, there are thousands of existing discussions which you can choose from and comment. You can choose from there, than tire yourself thinking of another intersting topic if you are really dried up. But when in a spur of the moment you thought of a really good topic to be picked up, hit it on. Who knows, people will start scrambbling upon to comment on it. Go easy on mylot though. If you feel like you're having a mylot burnout, try to take a break from it for a while. It won't hurt. You're just taking a time off to refresh, and be back with more gusto to engage in really interesting discussions.
