Britney Spears' music is 10% natural Britney and 90% computer generation as is most of today's teen pop. The girl in her prime used her body and dance moves as much as anything else to sell product. She was, I believe, somewhat exploited by the music industry as a minor. That does not entirely explain what is happening to her now. * Britney Spear's family has a long history of mental illness. The family also has a history of dysfunction. These two factors, plus early fame is very difficult for a person to survive mentally intact. * Britney Spears has lots of work to do before she can achieve normalcy. I don't think her career should be on the front burner right now.
