Yes, it is a good idea to put your income in an account and get interests on it. I'm italianand I have found an italian online bank you gives 4% of interest on accounts, it is iwbank.

Hi shoumik12, Not that I use them personally, but I hear ING have a good online banking setup. You link it to your personal bank account with your bank to transfer funds to and from the internet and the real world. The only reason I have not used them to date is that I get pretty good interest at 7.25% with my savings account with my main bank.

I am with Natwest, which is a normal bank, but has the feature to do online banking and you get interest with them. If this is any help.

Yes! Citibank has a great online savings account with a high % interest rate. I believe they're currently at 3.48%. I use them. They're really good
