When President Bush came to Romania before the war in Irak he went to make a speech in open air; there were about 80.000 people cheering and shouting "U.S.A." (including myself) and when he shaked hands with Romanian president Iliescu, a rainbow appeared and President Bush said "God is smiling on us today". I'm sorry, I can't find a picture of that moment :(
