Why do many teenagers are attracted to Friendster?

Friendster is very popular to many teenagers. I have some ideas why but I want to know if you share the same idea.

They are attracted maybe because its a social networking site.They can share pictures, testimonials, shout, Apps, etc. But maybe someday myLot will surpass friendster.

Friendster is a very cool website. this is the site that connected me to my long lost friends. we can share pictures and send messages at the same time. I know lots of adult who are using friendster. actually my aunt in Florida started her new account just last january.
