What would you do if your kids were instructed to do something and they didn't?

It's been an interesting morning for the first of the month! I got a call from a collection place that I can't find a directory listing through the reverse look up on line, and when I tried to call back they wouldn't take calls from caller ID blocked phones (hummmmm, interesting!). That got me thinking about the situation from my daughter and her family.
As I stated in an earlier post, they stayed with me for 9 months. It was my daughter, son in law, his uncle and my two grand daughters. It was like a scene from the worst horror movie on the face of the earth. My home owners association finally gave them notice to be out with ALL their stuff by the 5th of last month. I got to do their packing, (which is another story) and my BF and I took the stuff to them over 75 miles away. Now, I am in trouble with the home owners association because they have their POS truck parked in a common area. That truck was supposed to leave with the rest of their belongings. (Actually the stuff we hauled out amounted to crap. I'm interested in seeing if the censors will let crap make it through.) I am of a mind to call the wrecking yard and have it removed as I know full well the truck would sit here until Hell freezes over or my BF and I figure a way to deliver it to the kids. I could use the money from selling the truck to help pay the electric bill, propane bill, and even just supply me with food.
I am in awe, as when my son in law was talking about the truck, it belonged to a friend of his that just got arrested and would be doing considerable time for threatening a law enforcement officer with a gun. The friends mother wanted $600 for the truck, so my son in law decided to buy the truck as a favor. I figured it would be in half way decent shape. Shoot, the dash board is removed, the gear shifter fell off, the paint job sucks, the rear tires are shot, the chrome is rusted so badly that you can't find the chrome and finally the truck hasn't been registered or licensed for at least three years. That $600 would have helped enormously with paying the electric and propane or even towards their bills.
I emailed my daughter and told her around the 15th of last month that the truck had been tagged with the rules regarding storage of vehicles within the confines of our housing area. She emailed me back and stated that the guys would be up to get the truck in a few days. (I keep forgetting that her idea of time and my idea of time is totally different!) Well it is April 1 and they haven't contacted me about removing the vehicle. (It's a gated community so they have to have me let them in and out to get the truck.)
It just hit me as I was writing this, my daughter and family don't consider me as family, I am just the butt hole that they use whenever they have a need or get kicked out of his mother's place. What is sad about that situation is that they really finished themselves off in my book-I have been abused and used and I'm not taking it anymore!
Okay, my question is, What would you do in my place? I can really really use the money right now; my bills are staggering. My electric bill for the 9 months they were here is over a thousand dollars (I am making huge payments on it), I had to buy a car to replace the one they wrecked, I am nearly out of propane and am looking at around six hundred dollars to fill the tank (I make the propane last for at least 18 months when I fill the tank, the tank only lasted 9 months)and then the repair bills for the damages to the house. Looking at all of this (and if you access my previous post "To my daughter, lessons you need to learn about treating others well..") I know that if they take the truck they will sell it and squander the money and it won't even enter their minds to use some of it to help me out. If I sell the truck to the salvage yard I can at least get a few dollars to help pay some of the bills. What would you do?
