Friends discussion Alerts

Why dont i get my alerts when one of my friends starts a discussion i would love to respond to everyone's discussion but when i am not told i just forget and carried away with other things,,,I have checked the alerts are all on but i dont get them or my email, why?? its not like there is anyone we can call?

Since I have been a mamaber on here for the past few days not one time have I recieved an email alert to a friends new post.I don't understand why they are not coming through either.:)

Its strange others have complained too....people say just to wait? i guess we have no choice....x
