house and lot or new car?which one will you choose?

if i were given the chance to choose between a house and lot and a brand new car,i will choose house and lot because it will be your for a lifetime or even more but a car will only be there while it is working but if it broke down and has served its life to you and time for it to go to the junk to buy a new one...its much wiser to choose a house and lot than owning a car...

I would choose a lot with a house. A house is a much better investment and will be used far longer than a new car. The depreciation on a car is high and property values generally go up in value over time depending on the location.

I think choosing the house is a wise decision also unless of course someone was lucky enough to already have their own house and then they may choose a new car but I think even then they would choose a house as it has higher value. Ellie :D

since i dont know how to drive a car then i would like to have a house and lot. are you giving me one? lol. i have four children and owning one is our dream. it would save us a lot on paying rent.
