How much life insurance do you or your spouse have?

Okay, this is kind of a personal question but I'm curious if I have enough. We have 200,000 on my husband plus I think he would get an addition 100,000 through his job. That would last my family for awhile but I'd eventually have to go back to work. Could I rely on Social Security benefits too? We only have 100,000 on me. Not much but I don't work so you wouldn't be replacing an income. Thanks for sharing!
