I heard the crop in China was destroyed by some kind of storm or something. In turn, it has raised the price of rice here in the United States. I wonder what other countries have been effected.
even here in the Philippines, the rice field were destroyed not just with storm but el niño as well. Other farmers protest here due to water shortage and the government try to resolve this scenario.
