This question is for all the ladies out here on my lot. Do u use a hair dryer frequently?Recently i had gone to croma & i saw a hair dryer there and i couldn't resist the temptation and i finally bought it. However when i started using it frequently, i started getting split ends. I have never experienced this before. Do u have a solution for this?

Look for Voluminizing Shampoos and Conditioners. There are also shampoos out there to help beat the heat from your hair dryer.

You can also try the leave in conditioners. I am not sure if they will work but it is worth a dry. I think that leave in conditioners is supposed to help the Sheen of your hair.

hi' pinky- i normally let my hair dry naturally now and then i use a hair dryer but if you use them too often it drys your hair specially on a high heat-keep the hairdryer about 6inches away from your hair then it wont take the full force of the heat-blessings littleowl

I was never really big on blow drying my hair mostly due to the time involved. I have at different times though had styles that required it (I didn't keep them for long believe me) and i found using a leave in conditioner like Nexus Humectress or Infusium can make a huge difference in how the hair feels and the damage that is done.

I often use the hair dryer after I wash my hair. As I found that my hair shape will stay well after that. Besides, it seems it will be better for the health as I will not catch a cold easily. It is not comfortable to keep the wet hair for a long time, especially when you have long hair.

nope I rarely use the hairdryer, unless I'm in a real hurry to go out and my hair's like really wet so I have to dry it with a hair dryer. If not I'll just let it dry naturally.

Hi, i don't like hair dryer at all. I used hair iron and hair dryer before but all i got is split ends and discolorations. the solution is trim the split ends and use mild shampoo. co'z the next effect of split ends is hair loss.

I rarely use a hair dryer as I prefer to let my hair dry naturally. It curls much more this way. The times in which I do use one are usually when I've just taken a shower before going somewhere and want to start the process going as fast as possible. Even then, I use spray gel in my hair and use the dryer to start the drying process. I use Infusium 23 leave-in conditioner to control my split ends.

I use mine sometimes..in the winter mostly. When i do i have a leave in conditioner i use before i blow dry my hair. It gets used more often for drying my dog or carpet spills of water quick drying a top to wear thats not all the way dry from hanging over night.

i don't use hair dryer anymore because it takes long to dry especially that my hair's kinda long and it's that if i do that, i'm pretty sure that i'm gonna be late for school. when i have a split ends, i usually trim my hair for about 2 inches so that the split ends would be removed
