I was a bit lucky in that department. I did have teeth problem. But, that problem was due to inadequate space between my teeths. For that I had to remove a few of my teeths and now I have 4 less teeths. But, I never wore braces.

I have that same thing now that my wisdom teeth are coming my other teeth are pushing together. I should just have those pulled instead. Its only my bottom teeth that are pushing though my top are still in great shape!

Nope. As a kid, I had very straight teeth - I have one tooth now that is a bit crooked - I've considered trying those inline plastic braces that cover your teeth, just to get the one straight, but I don't know. My son will need braces soon.

hi there, i am a dentist, i worked with the president of indian orthodontics for 3 years. he used to tell me.. to treat the problem first tackle the cause. its very likely that your lower wisdom teeth r pushing, causing the lower front teeth to croud. this is called "Billiard ball effect". so the best would be to remove them and correct any crowding if any has occured. consult a good orthodontist immediately warm regards
