My Big Brother Keeps Watching Me

What happens when your older brother keeps watching you? It seems like my big brother is watching me wherever I go. And yet he never seems to be around. Usually I either see him on pictures or on some occasions on television. And it's not just me he's watching. My big brother seems to be watching EVERYBODY. I think big brother may even be watching you! Is that doubleplusungood or what?
