You know those natural body processes which can be so embarassing sometimes but we'd absolutely die if we didnt do them?..... Yea those ones. Farting in particular. I am sure you are also familiar with some foods which when eaten cause you to be blouted and become gassy. I know for sure that peas and cabbage are at the top of the list for me. All of us do not respond the same to all foods but there are similarities. What I'd like to find out from you is:..... Which foods are at the top of your "fart" list?

Oh that annoying feeling. One great natural remedy I know of Maddy is lemon. It not only conbats gas but also purifies the blood (and strengthens the stomach according to what I have read). I usually do feel cleansed and revvived after using it has a tonic which is usually assisted by fasting. You know like designating a day for cleansing so I eat very little or not at all until supper or late lunch. I remove the peel and pith and eat it like a tangerene or simply peel and suck on it like an orange. Not an easy task I tell you but it becomes a bit easier as you go along. I cant say how many though. It is not armful so I use my judgement eating maybe three or so and one every once in a while when I can get them. I dont have easy access to lemons here. I'll be sure to plant a seed next time I get some. Please let me know if this helps. (lol)

Yes, cabbage is one. Another is a root crop which serves as one of the daily consumption in place of other cereal foods here in my locality. A root crop named as "camote." Not only that it will be embarrassing when you fart, the effect really is very evident, everyday not only will hear it, they will even smell it. It makes a crowd lesser and the room unoccupied for a minute. LOL. Funny but it tastes good and is one good food they also serve during wake. It is a common desert or a breakfast for some in my community.

Oh Jeanniemay that must be some fart food. It does resemble a root food in my country that we call sweet potato. I have never experienced bloating after eating this food but my mom says yes it does make some poeple gassy. Thanks as always for sharing. (lol)
