The best way to say I LOVE YOU is if you feel it in your heart you cant just say I LOVE YOU and not really feel it in you heart that would really hurt the other person in the long run

i dont think there is a best way to say i love you. if you feel the love then it will come out naturally.

There are many different ways to say I love you and everyone has their own ways. I think the best ways to say I love you are the ones that are creative. They do not have to be well thought out and they do not have to be accompanied by any materialistic thing. A simple " I love you" can mean wonders, but if you want to make it something special be sure to incorporate some of your loves favorite things in to the mix.

The best way to say I love you to a person is not even to say it at all... it's to show it! Show that special person they are the only one for you by being there for them, telling them how much you care, listening to what they have to say, showing affection, missing them, surprising them, joking with them, etc... I think actions speak louder than words. Of course it's wonderful to say "I LOVE YOU" plain and simple as well -- that's always great! :)
