Best means of getting the message through?

I usually send a text message. He has no choice but to read it even how busy he is. Or talk to him through telephone. If he has the time then we can talk over lunch or dinner.

i have.. there is this team leader here who always seems to be talking to more than 3 people all at the same time.. to think she is the one calling us because she needs to clarify somethings and when you answer the phone she would be talking with others as well and would let us repeat or would hold the line for a few minutes! that is soo irritating!!! best solution i did to her was to shout at her to tell her.. heyyy please call us at our hotline if you have time for us only as we do not have time to wait for you! hehe she is my friend and thought i was joking though.. arghh she's not changed though if she would be holding the line i would put down the phone haha.. honestly i think you need to tap the person and tell him/ her about your message face to face and let him/her know the message is important
