Filipinos, how do you withdraw money in Alertpay?

I was really thinking about this for so long. For Filipinos, you can only withdraw through check I think because Alertpay doesn't have an option for withdrawing through our bank accounts. The problem here is Alertpay will deduct 2 USD when you use check. I need your advice on this. Thank you in advance.
