When you have a busy day ahead of you do you get up extra early?

Today I have a 1:00 therapist appointment and being check day I have to pick up my check, go to the bank, do my shopping and then go to a place where I deposit money into my Debit cards to pay a couple of bills. I guess it was on my mind when I went to sleep last night because I woke up extra early this morning....7:00 and I really didn't need to get up that early.
Do you get up early when you have a busy day ahead of you? How do you spend all of the extra time you have if you do?

Yes, if I have a lot of things to do on the next day, I can't sleep very well in the evening. I always the things I need to do, and worry about I can't complete the things. So, because I can't sleep very well, I can get up early in the morning, and wash my face and clean my teeth, and then, do everything I need to do.

LOL if I got up any earlier than I already do, there'd be no point in even going to bed..
..I already get up at 4-4:30am so there really isnt any need to get up at a different time if I have a busy day..
