losing weight--how???

we all know that losing weight and being fit is the way to go?but how do you do that?everybody talks about the exercising regime and eating right but what about those people who are too busy to engage in physical activity and mind their diets in teh world of fast food chains??? Can somebody share the practical means to lose weight???

I know its so hard. But even IF you must run to a fast food chain you can still make better choices, you don't have to get the burger and fries. You can get a chicken salad which is still going to be high in calories but much lower than a burger and fries. If you work, do you have a microwave there? You can take a forzen lunch and eat that too that is less than 400 calories. Try to take 5 minutes here and there to do some walking, it does add up. It's hard but there are ways to figure it out and not gain weight even with a busy lifestyle.

Oh I think this makes a lot of sense.I would do that for sure.Choosing better option is the key then!Thanks a lot mbs730 I'll give it a shot!!

i think Kapalbhati prayanamis very useful for people who have no time for gym.this pranayam has no side effects.more ever this pranayam keeps away you from many abdominal diseases and helpful for diabetic patient.if one can do this pranayam for 10-15 minutes in a day he or she can easily sheds upto 5kg.

i think i have the same problem. still we should try to eat healthy whenever be that possible. otherwise its never possible to stay fit.also walk up and down the staircase if possible. it will be helpful.
