What type of bacon do you like?

I like Canadian bacon. It comes in little rounds. I eat it rarely. It reminds me of ham somewhat. I like it especially well on eggs benidect. (Spelling is bad I know)

I love bacon. I think it should be it's own food group. Ok, maybe not its own food group, but I really like it. I like the hickory smoked bacon the best. I also like the thick cut bacon. I don't like the stuff that is so thin that it curls up when you cook it.
