do you ever find your mood is changed by a gray gloomy drizzly day when the sun

Hi how many of you find that your mood changes with the weather
I found myself having just one problem after another this day and it never seemed to end then I realized the sun did not come out as promised and the day was grayand dismal and had little patches of drizzling rain and I was feeling gray and dismal too.

The weather affects my moods something terrible, and also how I get up in a morning. If it is miserable and dark I do not want to get up at all, even though I have to. But if it is lovely and sunny I am out of bed like a shot. When the weather is miserable and cold I feel really unhappy and unsatisfied with everything, but if it is sunny and warm I can find a smile for everything.

I think when the sun doesn't shine and the day in gray, gloomy and rainy, it makes us feel different..I know when the sun is out I want to be out and about, but when it is gray out I just want to lounge around and do nothing..I also think when we don't get the weather we expected it changes our attitudes..I hope your day is better tomorrow.

The weather affects my mood. I hate when it rains or is gloomy. I feel so down and depressed. I don't feel like doing anything or going anywhere.
