to buy or to hire a house

as i know , many people become house slavers in Shanghai in China, they work hard on their job, save money, living with the least expenditure to save the money to buy a house in Shanghai. according to your opinion, is it more reasonale to hire a house with less pression or do all your best to buy a house at a medium level

At the begainning, I think I should choose to hire a house, because I only work for a short time, have no money to buy a house, that's true, the price is so high in China. But in a long time, I should buy a house, that's necessary, I can't always hire a house to live.

I will buy a house sooner or later. I am favor of making-up my house. But if it is not my own house, i think i won't have passion to decorate.
One more, i won't think i am a house slaver when i buy a house and pay the bank month after month. I will feel more and more reassuring, because the house is going to belong to me.

i think a house is necessary for many people.so that i can living with being confortable so as to have good feeling for work.BUT i dont like buy a house eary.i like save the money to do all things i want to do and i very happy with my life.
