⊕ The Politics of Oz ⊕

LOL, I like the humor of this post... it may be unconventional and be generalising a LOT.. but I think it really expresses the sense of scepticism of many people. I remember a couple of weeks ago I saw a news item here in Australia about Hilary having made a visit to a war zone where she claimed to be under sniper fire when getting off the plane and the situation forcing some ceremony to be delayed. When in fact nothing of the sort had happened, the whole thing had been filmed and went off without a hitch. Hilary shrugged it off by saying 'I'm human, I must have made a mistake.'... like you could make a mistake with a thing like that, if that had really happened it would be so firmly planted in your memory that you'd need a lifetime of therapy to recover... seems more like she's just a liar the same as her husband was.

I'll admit, this is amusing and clever and I can't think of anything to top it or even equal it. I will say, however, we've had monkeys flying around the White House for over 7 years and they don't seem to have hearts or brains. The Democrats aren't blameless, either, as they failed to have the courage to stand up to these brainless, heartless monkeys for far too long. It sure will take a wizard to clean up the mess that once was our nation. I've often said these past few years, "Toto, I don't think we're in America anymore." Annie
