boss is not always right, its just that as a boss they have the right to demand and ignore their mistakes sometimes making them appear to be always the best. bosses are the greatest tyrant, they can do whatever they want and they can belittle mere employees that works under them.

Boss will be not always true. But he may be true than his juniors(I think). Some bosses do not agree when the juniors said anything to correct. That is the problem.I think every boss has to know that the juniors also can be true. Thanks for starting a good discussion.

The boss may not be always right, but he still is the boss. If he makes the wrong decision, it's his call. He should take responsibility for it. Actually, there are 2 rules. Rule number 1: The boss is always right. And rule number 2: If you think the boss is wrong, refer to rule number 1.

I never think so.Maybe I am honest or fool.I will not agree with something except their viewpoints are right.I cann't approve what all he says .Even though he is a boss.Of course,I will not argue with my boss if he is wrong.

its not always true. may your boss has more experience then you but its not acceptable that your boss is always true in every case. suppose you and your boss are from different background, in that case he might not have idea on your work. but it depends on the acceptence lebvel of your boss. if he or she is stuborn, reluctant then its become very difficult to make him/her to understand your idea or work. but in an office in case of hirarchy ur boss is always right but not in case of knowledge.
