what kind of natural foods goods for flu?

I dont like to give too much medicine for my kids i want a natural medicine or foods can you help me?

Shiitake mushrooms are good to have as a preventative as they help increase the bodies anti-viral substance interferon. Garlic and orange juice are also good too. Ellie :D

starve for fever stuff for cold for loose motion boil pomegranate skin in water with 1 glass & make it that is boil it so that it becomes half glass drink that water it will stop loose motion natural medicine

Plenty of fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables for the vitamin C content (juice is good, since it may be easier for them to take), and good old chicken soup. It's actually been shown that chicken soup with vegetables helps the symptoms of a virus. Also give them echinacea tea, either hot or cold, sweetened with honey, which is a natural fighter of viruses. If they have sore throats, there are teas made for that which really work well. Traditional Medicinal teas are the best, in my opinion.

Any Citrus fruit{orange,lemon etc}juice without sugar will help to increase u r kid's resistance.Hope a speed recovery.

Honey and lemon are gerat if she is suffering with a sore throat, however if it is real flu and this makes them very sick I would give some parecetemol, water and leave them to sleep as much as possible as I think sleep is really needed to help the body recover. If its just a really bad cold a honey and lemon drink and plenty of fresh air works wonders just wrap up warm.
