I am from the Philippines, every November 1, we Filipinos go to the tomb of our departed loved ones. We offer flowers, candles and prayers. Before November 1, we clean and repaint the tombs or the mausoleums. It's declared as holiday and every November 1 it's also like a reunion for the family praying all together for our departed relative/loved ones.

Hi! here in the usa, we will visit our loved one's graves and put flowers on them by the tombstone. This is done the last weekend in May.. I don't think very many people do this anymore however.. Just remember them in our hearts..
