Wow! A really BOLD move! Spoiler...

Wow! I am impressed! Adam manned up! James and Adam had a tear filled conversation last night about how James never went after Adam and how Adam shouldn't do Ryan, Natalie and Sheila's dirty work by putting James up on the block. They cried and talked it out and in the end...Adam put Sheila and Sharon up! Holy Wow! What at bold move! Now, of course, Adam painted a target on his own back as Ryan, Natalie and Sheila are ticked that he would do that. But, I am proud of him for manning up. Really, other than being a threat in the game, James hasn't done anything to Adam. So, Adam didn't play it personally and toss James up. He put the two people up who most deserve it for being floaters. And, of course, the biggest reason that Ryan, Natalie and Sheila are so ticked is, if James wins POV, he will likely take Sharon down and that means, Adam has to replace her with someone from his own "alliance" and someone from their side will be going home. I say...BRAVO man! Way to finally play for yourself! And, it doesn't hurt that he saved my boy from the block...at least for now. There was talk that he might back door James but, it is hard to back door someone when they have as equal a chance of playing for POV as everyone else at this point in the game as no one sits out anymore. There is always the possibility that Adam will put James up if he isn't the one to win the POV this week. But, we'll just have to see. What do all of you think about Adam's bold move? Do you like him more? Do you hate what he did?

I thought Adam made a good move morally speaking as James did not deserve to go up week after week after week and be totally isolated. However, you are right that he became a huge target after that! Worst move ever to go against your own alliance when you are so close to the end. Sheila would have brought Adam with her to the end, now i'm not so sure. I was of the impression that Adam was definitely putting James up if James didn't win the POV. I pretty much thought the plan was that if they wanted James so badly, they would have to fight for the POV so that's what they did. James didn't seem to have any hard feelings about going up. And boy did he do bad in that POV!! I have a bit more respect for Adam after this as far as being a nice person, but less respect as far as gameplay :)

I think Adam was too quick to apologize too, but wonder if he just did that whole "I messed up" act to try and make them feel sorry for him instead of being mad. I would have more respect for him if he stuck by his decision and wasn't intimidated by his group.

I think Adam should backdoor James. I mean that would be smarter on his part. But who knows what will happen. Now I dont get the part about the pov. If James won POV and took sharon off, why would he have to put up someone of his own? Why couldnt he just put up James? I dont hate Adam for what he did. I dont really care for sharon or sheila anyways.

If James won POV and took Sharon off, Adam couldn't put James up because the person who wins POV is exempt from being put on the block at that point. The POV comp. was played. Do you want me to tell you who won it?

Ohhhhh....I thought that they could put up that person. I didnt know the person that won it couldnt be put up. I thought people last year would take people off and put that person up or be afraid or idk. Like I heard some people saying I cant use the veto cause then they could put me up etc...I dont know maybe its a new thing? And lol I already know who won and who he put up as a replacement :)

I don't think Adam should have gone against what they all talked about. He shouldn't of put up Shiela, I feel sorry for her. They need to get James out as soon as they can, if they don't he will probably win it all. I want Ryan to win. I just like him more then the other ones. James has been playing a good game, it does seem like he has 9 lives, the other houseguest better watch it.

I don't feel sorry for Sheila at all. That is what she wants, if for everyone to feel sorry for her and to just hand her the money without ever winning a thing in the game. I don't feel sorry for her at. I agree that James has been playing a good game. He has worked really hard. But, I think this is his last week in the house. Ryan...I waver on him. I like him, then I don't, then I do...right now, I don't again. I think that he has been the most level headed person in the house. But, I have also seen him pull out the "revenge" strategy. And, that aggravates me. Just play to win. Forget revenge. And, yes...as much as I adore James, that includes him too!

Well I loved what he did--- but now I think he did it to backdoor James--- If he didn't mean it-- he sure had a change of heart didn't he? I think it's time to take out Sheila-- I would like Adam and James to go into an alliance together--- So did you hear-- did Adam put up James after POV?

Adam had a change of heart after Ryan, Natalie and Sheila really laid into him with the guilt trip. He was fine with his decision until they got into his head. So, he went from being a man with his own brain to being a puppet with a hand for a brain. Did you watch last night's episode? Ryan won the POV and took Sheila down and Adam replaced her with James! Ugh!

i liked what adam did. now with the big target on his back i'm hoping he'll align with james. since ryan has pov (i just read your other discussion lol) Maybe adam will figure it would be better for him to leave james stay and partner with james and sharon instead of putting james up. poor james, if he goes up thats it. if he puts james up and out, he'll soon follow. because ryan is with sharon now and still with nat. so if ryan, nat or sharon get hoh, adam and sheila will go up. adam may survive that week, but once sheila is out he'll be next.

If Adam is smart, he will backdoor james if james doesn't win the pov. Also, Adam should tell Natalie and Ryan that he is planning on backdooring James this week to keep a target off of his back. James is the biggest competitor, so strategically, it would be best for Adam to get him out of the house. I think it is a great move! Stir the house up a bit:)

Actually, he is regretting it already. Unfortunately, Team Christ finally laid the guilt down on him and he thinks that BB masterminded this plan to keep him in the DR right up until he had to do nominations so that he couldn't take a few minutes to get talked out of keeping James off the block. They are now mad at BB for "helping" James in that way. Oh...and they also think that the HOH competition was tailor made for James to win because they think that he is up all night counting things. Uhhhh...no folks. He is up all night because he can't sleep because he sleeps all day. He plays chess and cards by himself. He plays pool by himself. He sits in the HT and stews for a bit. He cries occasionally. But, he doesn't wander around the house and count things. That was Natalie. And, uhhh...if it was tailor made for James, why did James win the HOH? Idiots!

I saw that he is already regretting it. I did like that he took a stand but, now that I see that he has already caved under the pressure of Ryan, Natalie and Sheila...I am back to despising him! Ugh! Grow a set man. Stand up for you convictions. Don't blame it on James or BB and the DR for manipulating you into keeping him off the block. Whatever! You did what you thought was right. Now, stick to that! LOL!

I haven't seen any of this, just going by your posts. But from what I have seen in the past the HOH is called into the Diary Room and at that time is told to go do the nominations. The same with POV. You see the person coming out of the Diary Room and right away telling the rest of the houseguests it is time for.... That is the way it has always been. Now if this happened right after James and Adam talked, we still can't tell (unless you can with After Dark) whether BB times these things on a schedule, ie same time of day, same day of the week, etc. If they do, then everything is just a coincidence. Of course they wouldn't interrupt a discussion like James and Adam were having if, for example, it is exactly 2:00 and that is when they call them into the DR to tell them to do the nominations. If something is happening that is important to the game then BB would wait to call them in until the discussion is over. However, they may not do it at the exact same time every time because then the House Guests would be expecting it and act accordingly. Like maybe James DID know that Adam was about to get called into the DR to be told to do nominations just because it was almost "that time". There is no rigging here. This seems to be status quo for the Big Brother timeline. I think they have the whole set-up written up way ahead of time and stick to it unless there is something crucial to the game going on that they don't want to interrupt. Think about it. When they do POV, the HGs are locked in the house while crew set up the backyard. They have to time these things, have the staff on hand, everybody ready to go, all props on hand. I don't think Big Brother is winging it.

I also don't think they are winging it or doing anything to help other hgs over others. I think Adam, Ryan, Natalie and Sheila were just all worked up and decided to blame BB for it. Big babies! LOL!

I agree. I was impressed that he managed to do something of his own accord, not what everyone else told him to do. It is nice to see him think a bit for himself. LOL

I was glad that he did that but, now that it looks like his group has swayed him again, if James doesn't win POV, he will be going up because Adam only has temporary guts. LOL! I really hope that he changes his mind back and sticks with his plan not to put James up if someone else other than James wins POV. But, at this point, I don't think so. He has gotten nothing but grief from Ryan, Natalie and Sheila about his choice and, despite some things he has said and done, the guy does seem to have a good heart and he is easily guilted into things.

I'll be honest here, I like James. Natalie keeps saying he put Matt up-he didn't he kept his word and when it became a tie he then done it.Adam is a good guy and I think he can easily be swayed. It's easy to sit home and know what to do!! LOL

Natalie is an idiot. She also says that she didn't give Matt a BJ and that they only kissed. So, not only is she a liar, she is a bad liar and a moron to boot. I think Adam can have good guy moments but, he can also be a jerk.

I'm not surprised he put Shelia up. He had thought about it the last time and when she thanked him at the nomination ceremony for keeping her safe, he kinda blew her off and told her not to do that. To me he came off as if saying you don't know how close you were to being nominated. I hate it when they blame BB for screwing up their plans. Come on! You know that for days in advance these people have thoughts going around in their head of what they want to do when they win HOH. It would take a lot to change someone's mind at the last minute. I'm still surprised Adam is even still on there. At the start I thought he would be gone right away. But I guess they like to keep him around as a puppet.

It bugs me when they blame BB too. And, boy were they ever blaming BB for keeping Adam in the DR after his and James' tear filled chat just before the nomination ceremony. Whatever! If you had an iffy feeling about it last night, why would you still do what you did? Don't blame BB for using your own noggin. You did it yourself. Now, deal with it!

It shocked me. Heck it shocks me that I'm even talking about big brother. That'smy mans show, I just watch with him. But this season has been more interesting than the past ones. I think he should back door James, not for any other reason than he is a powerful player. And I'm really getting sick of hearing his wishy washy attitudes.
