What's for dinner?

I am sitting here contemplating what to cook tonight for dinner and was wondering if anyone out there has any suggestions for me. I have a family of 6 and ground beef is on sale this week so I have some in the fridge. I have really run out of ideas for ground beef besides hamburgers, tacos, spaghetti, meatloaf, and hamburger helper. Thanks for any input - I appreciate it!

Sorry schulzie I don't have any other ideas except what you have mentioned already. We also bought ground beef that was on special at Safeway and are having spaghetti bolognaise tonight.
