Cesar, the Dog Whisperer, has become my very favorite character on television. Possibly be cause I have a year old pomeranian who is in need of training. Have you seen his program?

Yes, I love Cesar, the Dog Whisperer! He trains people how to handle their dogs, he should be a human relationship counselor!
