Chimichurri

Hello all! My hubby is from Argentina and I am always looking for great recipes as I love Argentine cuisine. I am looking for an authentic chimichurri recipe that is not too spicy - lots of garlic and is yummy. Any suggestions are appreciated! I have already looked online for recipes but am hoping to find some tried and true recipes. Thanks so much!

Here's a recipe from www.recipezaar.com/21151. Its sounds good. I have never ate Argentine food but my husband has been to an Argentine restaurant in Atlanta on a business trip and he loved it. He talks about how good the food was. I would love to get down there and try it sometimes.

Yes, Argentine food is one of the tastiest types of food in the world. If you ever happen to get the opportunity you should try it. You will not be sorry!!
