The gugo plant is very popular in the Philippines for good hair health.
The fresh gugo plant is used as shampoo, as the old folks say that they are better than commercially bought shampoos. The hair will become thicker and the falling hair will be reduce. If you have black hair, it seems that the gugo can make it even darker.

I have never heard of that before. Do they make shampoos that you can buy from it? Or do you just go out and pick it and use it like that? I am always looking for a way to make my hair thicker. Is it a fruit or something that I could buy at the grocery store?
