Are you dancing to the tune?

Why performers are expected to dance to the tune in the background? If no tune, no fame? no attraction? While on this I tend to think how it will be if one is expected to dance to the tune of others in general life!

I am not quite sure what you're asking here (which may be my fault). What exactly do you mean by "the tune in the background?" Are you referring to back-up dancer type performers?
