I had this experience way back in the 80's, when my much older uncle asked me to accompany him in riding the then very popular, "Octopus" ride. We went in line, got a ticket, waited for our turn to be given a ride. And when we did, it was an exhilarating ride for me. I really did enjoy it very, very much. Because of this, i asked him again if we can ride it again. But this time (he looked a little green to me), he told me that we need to try other rides as well, and walked hurriedly away from it.

Haha, I had a similar experience as a kid. I went on a similar ride, cars going around in a big circle while spinning in a small circle. I thought it was great, but it made my Dad completely ill! He sent me on with some other family the next time I wanted to ride it (ah! back in the times when we didn't think everyone was out to get our kids!).

When I was a teenager, me and some of my friends went to the schools carnival. Before we left though, I had a big bowl of my dads chili. My friends wanted to go on the Zipper. I hate that ride and told them I didn't want to go on it, and that I would most definitely hurl if I did go on it. They insisted and dragged me on it. Sooooooo needless to say.. as the ride progressed, I was getting sicker and sicker. When I DID puke all over my friend, I screamed at the guy to stop the ride. He thought it was funny and made it go faster. My friend was all p!ssed off at me. Hey I tried to warn you!! Now when we go anywhere that has puke rides.. they never argue when I tell them I don't want to go
