I like making friends

I like making friends,especially foreign friends. With different culture, different customs and different language, we must have many words to say. I like having a chat with my friend in English, butI can not find a good tool on the internet. I have tried QQ, but there is no friends chatting on QQ. I do not know how to use MSN massager.
