I am aware that pregnant women are to temporarily avoid coffee, especially in the first trimester.
but i am not sure if i am pregnant.
for two weeks now or so, i have been having sporadic lower abdominal cramps. i dunno if i am pregnant, but we have been trying to. i haven't had my period, my last was january 1 this year. but i have also been drinking coffee about two months now.
i haven't had myself checked for pregnancy and i dread going to the doctor again. since i had fertility drugs, i didn't feel very good and i had been very anxious.
so, i dunno. do you have any idea if the coffee might be causing the cramps in my lower abdomen?
i am very anxious now and i feel bad because we had been trying to conceive and still no success...
if you have any idea, please help me. thanks!

I don't think its the coffee. It maybe something else going on down there. If its not pregnancy, it maybe a digestion/intestinal issue (and possibly due to something you consumed).
