Do you have "pet" names for your cat?

Grey Cat and Little Bit - These are my two cats Ashley and Carlye as they lounge on my bed. Spoiled Cats!

Do you call you cats by their given name or do you have "pet" names for your pet?My cats names are Ashley and Carlye, but I more often called them Grey Cat or Ash for Ashley and Little Bit for Carlye.

Most of the time I do call my two cats, Pyewacket and Kissy by their given name, especially Kissy, but many times I'll say Pyewackey...or Pyepye or Popeye ..will even sing Popeye the sailor man...popeye the sailor man..pye pye pye pye, pye pye pye pye, popeye the sailor man --uh, don't say it...I know I'm daft...

they have a bunch of nicknamesbut the most used ones are: the black cat is "peeper" because you can often only see his eyes with him hiding under couches. the calico is "the evil princess" because she can be. and my tuxedo is "wii kitty" because of the odd meow he has.more like a whine than a meow. when we had 2 female cats, one was "uppercase B" and "lowercase B" LOL

I usually say Waff-Waff when I call or speak to my Waffles cat. She pays attention, but ultimately decides not to heed my call and do what she started to do, such as eat or sleep. My pet name for Columbus cat is "sweetie" or "tweety." And Mimi is just Mimi.

Ashley does that sometimes, she just gives me this look, and goes back to whatever she was doing.

I do sometimes like we have this kitten thats named patches because it has a lot of different colors in him and sometimes i will call him patches but most of the time when someone ask me about him i will just say the kitten is outside or something like that and I don't really know why i do that because I don't really think about it before i say it but thats just what i call him most of the time...then other times like I said i will call him by the name we gave him.... I do that some with my younger kitty. I still think of her as a kitten, probably because she still acts like one!

We have two cats, one is ginger and is called gilbert. Although we usually call him gilbers or I call him ginger gibbons! Although my husband calls him gilby gobblin. Our other cat is called Sparkle, and is usually called mrs puss, or sparkers!

I used to have 3 cats, a blue persian called Blue, I used to call him pooey bluey as he was such a dirty persian, and he always got in such a mess when he went to the toilet, the others were called tiger and ozzy, tiger we used to call tigey wigey and ozzy was ozzy as it was just the perfect name for him. Sadly I no longer have any of my cats, but I do miss them.
