My cat does not mind being brushed at first. But he has so fuch hair, he is a long haired cat. He will start playing with the brush, biting at it. trying to get it out of my hand. He does not like me to brush him underneath.Does your cat like to be brushed?

When Waffles, a calico, was brought home from the shelter, she did not mind being brushed. In fact, she lifted up her chin so that I could gently brush under it. Nowadays, I think that the cat would appreciate being brushed. The only thing is that I haven't done that for so long. Columbus might not mind, either. I'll have to try brushing him some day and see. Brushing cats does them a lot of good, as it keeps their coats shiny and free of fleas.
