I am using up some of the pork roast leftovers from last night for dinner

I decided to make pork and noodles. Basically the same as beef and noodles except I am using pork. I am going to serve it with some bread and butter. Maybe a salad too. What's for dinner tonight at your house? Are you maybe going out to eat?

I was planning on making steamed tofu tonight, but we got lazy and went out for tacos instead. So, I guess we'll eat the tofu tomorrow night.

Yummy, taco's! I love taco's. I don't make them or go out for them very often since I quit managing a Taco Bell almost 2 years ago. I still get a taco craving every one in awhile though.
