Top 10 Reasons God Created Eve
10. Adam would frequently become lost in the garden
because he would not ask for directions.
9. One day Adam would require someone to
locate and hand him the remote.
8. Adam would never go out and buy himself a new fig
leaf when his wore out and would therefore need
Eve to buy one for him.
7. Adam would never be able to make a doctor's,
dentist's or haircut appointment by himself.
6. Adam would never remember which night
to put the garbage on the curb.
5. If the world was to be populated, men would never
be able to handle the pain and discomfort of childbearing.
4. As the Keeper of the Garden, Adam would never remember
where he left his tools.
3. Adam needed someone to blame his troubles on
when God caught him hiding in the garden.
2. As the Bible says, "It is not good for man to be alone."
1. When God finished the creation of Adam,
He stepped back, scratched his head, and said,
"I can do better than that."
No offense intended to all the men out there, just thought it made for a bit of a laugh on a Sunday morning. Is there any truth to this in your household?

Good discussion topic, definitely made me smile.
Adam asked God for a companion. "I want a woman who will cook and clean, someone who is good looking, and someone who will look after me. How much will it cost?", God said "about an arm and a leg". Adam asked "What can I get for a rib". Again, no offence to anyone. :)

I have never been like that... and I know some men who have never been like that.
On the other hand... I know some married men who are exactly like that... and sometimes I cannot help to wonder if they don't do it on purpose.

No... I never heard of it.
I have not watched television for over two years.
But the husbands in "Home Improvement" and "I love Raymond" were bad enough.

oh my I just had to laugh. When my hubby was alive I was the finder of lost things, things being stuff he had misplaced, and the one to make his doctor's appointments and to twist his arm to go to the doctor in the first place. Also ditto for the garbage and also I was the designated writer to his mom or to anyone else and oh yes the christmas card writer also . I did manage to get him to go shopping for his clothes when necessary but it took a bit of doing. oh and I had to do the directions asking also or we would be stuck for hours driving around in circles.so I guess God really knew what he was doing. lol

Well I doubt it very much that men could deny any of those things and absolutely no one can testify of something than he who experienced it. In this case it is the women who can stand up and testify. I think we all experienced at least one or two of the reasons given in your discussion even with our brothers.
Actually I once heard someone say that for every thing that is created there has to be a rough draft. In God's creation of the human race the man was the rough draft from which came the master piece.....women. (lol)
