Help fellow myLotters. Is there a quicker way of knowing somebody had just responded to your responses?
I'm using Firefox and what I'm doing is: open the "discussions i've responded to" in another window, refresh it from time to time and check if I'm not the last guy. I want to catch the guys while online to thank them, expound more or defend my response. Is there a quicker way?
Thank you and happy myLotting :)

Your home page should include a list of 'discussions I've started' at the bottom right.
Each title should have a number beside it. Keep a tab open to that page and you should be able to easily see if it changes if you refresh often.

No, I'm not talking about anything numbered on the taskbar.
Look at the discussions you've started on your homepage. Beside each title will be a number; that is the number of responses to that discussion so far.
If you don't have too many discussions active at one time, but one or two of them are getting a lot of responses, it would be easy to see if that number has increased when you hit 'refresh' or go from one screen to another.
I keep my email open as well and usually use that, but if I'm toggling from page to page (tab to tab), I can often see that number change before I get the email.
And I mainly use Firefox, but sometimes have IE open too.

I am on notify so I get everything via email. I usually have myLot open in a tab and my email open in a tab. I will go back and forth depending on my mood. I don't that one is any quicker over the other, though. If there is yet another way to do it, I don't know.
