how to keep fit in the office

as worked in the office,i often sit on my seat and look at the computer screen all the day, never do any exercise.so i get weight soon and always feel tired. do you have any way to keep fit,tell me!

Yes if you can discipline yourself. You can have exercise early in the morning before office, or late after office. That way, you will be fit even if you're working in a cubicle, I mean office!

thank you for your advice. i often get up late, so do exercise after work may be better.

I also sit at a computer a lot of the time, luckily for me i am supervisor and watch over others in my division. I get to walk around the office and check on them getting me at least some exercise. I also feel that it is important for others to get away from the computer so I allow breaks for my employees. I send them in shifts 15 before lunch and 15 after halfway till and after lunch. I know I'm not supposed to but it hasn't caused any problems yet.
