Today new year starts for us in INDIA at ANDHRA PRADESHacc.to lunar calendar.Today we prepare an item like soup called 'UGADI PACCHADI'....(ugadi means new year....pacchadi means dish).we add six types of tastes which are bitter(neem),sour(mango and tamarind extract),sweet(jaggery),spice(green chilli),salt etc. which reflect the faces of life.Also we pay homage to our great elders.Than Q.
