Never been to a concert before

Okay, I'm 21yrs old and I've never been to a real concert before - ever. I used to go to gigs, benefit shows which showcases a couple of bands mostly underground but i've never been to a real concert with one specific band or artist before. i wanted to go to the my chemical romance concert but i think it was sold out. we weren't able to buy tickets. you, have you been to a concert, which one and how was it?

I went to my first concert at 13, it was Hanson. (Ya, I know, really corny, but I was 13.) Since then I've been to a few larger concerts and I have to say I don't care for them. It's loud (and not necessarily from the music) and the music just isn't the same. I prefer smaller more intimate concerts than going to a huge one.

I didn't go to my first concert until I was 20! It was mainly because I use to live in a small town and I moved to Florida it seem to be one every week!
I went to Deftones, Korn, Linkin' Park, MCR, Godsmack, etc just to name a few. I think it just where you live and how many bands come to your city or close to it!

hmm, well, for me, it's two things, i live in the country side (though it should affect things much because it's just 90mins from the capital. and i live in the philippines.. bands and artist seldom go here (relative to concerts they have in the US), and when they do, it's almost always sold out. either that or i don't like the band. so, it's kind of difficult for me..
