Okay, I've heard a little about Wicca... but I really don't know what it is. Someone mentioned Wicca in one of my topics so now I'm curious to find out exactly what it is. I'd love to hear my fellow mylotters opinion on this one.

Wicca is a nature based religion. Kinda like the Indians. We believe in two dieties a Goddess and a God. We are harm none, no satanic worshipping at all. We use alot of fresh herbs for remedies. You can type go to www.about.com and type in wicca in their search engine and get a lot of information too. Hope this helps you out.

Thank you for the link... I suppose I could have just done a search but felt like discussing it on mylot instead. You make an interesting point with the 'no satanic worship' statement. Of course, in the Christian era witches and probably wiccans too, are viewed as demon worshippers... probably because any other spiritual power in the cosmos that is not the God of the Christians must therefore be demonic (in the eyes of the church at least... I don't necessarily subscribe to that view) Thanks so much for your input.
