What's your favorite Charlton Heston's role?

            Sorry to hear the news about him. For me, the favorite role is Ben-Hur. Such epic movies like Ben-Hur and Ten Commandments are hard to produce today. I remember seeing Ben-Hur in the movies theater. The audience were just amazed by the massive crowd inside the movies. How did they find so many people to act?
Nowadays, the same effect can be done by computer animation. The chill factor is gone.

                    Charlton Heston has been an era for film industry. He could be 'romantic, rugged and funny' but most importantly I find him best in portraying historical icons. He is outstanding in playing it. Sadly, I have only watched his historic films like Julius Caeser, Ten Commandments, Ben Hur. Wish to watch his other down to earth, humane movies.
