Face lift without surgery

i was not able to check the websites that you have recommended yet....but i do know for a fact that if you want to stay young without the expense of plastic surgery, there are simple things that you can do..... being young, or at least feeling young, is the best way to live your life....enjoying life and making sure that you experience the best of the things that the life has to offer....to be able to do that, we have to make sure that we take care of our body... here some things that we can keep on being young..... tips that i have picked up from here and there: eating fruits and vegetables, getting enough sleep, saying no to smoking, exercising, and a lot more...and most especially, SMILING! the best way we could stay young!

I am checking out those pages now. They look very interesting. I will definitely have to look at them more closely when I have the time. I am very concrned about ageing and doing anything that I can to slow down the process.

I think every woman or should I say every person here on earth wants to have a beautiful, clear,ageless skin. Though there are some who cannot manage to care that much on their skin because of their work, lifestyle, lack of knowledge etc. Face lift? I think its really expensive. I dont know, when I grow old if I would have it even if I have money. I know, being old is something we cannot avoid. Time will come wrinkles will show all over our face no matter how we avoid it. The important thing is even with those wrinkles in our face, our eyes and skin still glow.
