I keep it near the kitchen cause i can easily lose stuff, lets just say I'm not a very organized person but I'm sure i have 1 or 2 lying around the kitchen cause i like to cook as well, it's relaxing learning tips from it makes cooking even more enjoyable and the dish more exciting

Hi nengs, I have several cookbooks and there are so many wonderful recipes with beautiful photos in them. I am not good in cooking so whenever I want to cook any special dish I would like to refer to it to make sure that I would prepare it in the right way. Beside it makes me to be more confident in cooking. But sad that sometimes it comes out that the flavor is not what I want.

I have over 300 cookbooks. I collect them. I cannot say that I use all of them. I do pick them up and read to get 'inspired' by the recipes. I make up a lot of new recipes just by reading a cookbook. But, a good 'basic' cookbook is a 'must' for a kitchen.

We have several cook books. We have gotten a lot of inspiration from them, and sometimes we just need a bit more knowledge about the basic ingredients. like how to handle beans, lentils, different meat - general cooking skills
