Can I know of any cheap web hosting....?

Hey...how are you all doing today? I have being looking for cheap web hosting package in the internet but i found none...Not that i found now but they do not have that which i want in the package.I need a true web hosting account that people can rely on.It should be a globally accepted one(Nigeria) should be on the list.it should be about $22.55 per year with good packages for a medium online business.I know I can rely on you guys for this.
